Many BODIES and wings are available in "XD" versions

We hand tool all of our molds, even though this isn't the quickest or easiest way to do it, it's one that we're proud of.  If we took to heart that "time is money" we sure wouldn't be making RC bodies with our time.  Being that they are hand tooled, the lines of our rc car and truck bodies aren't digitally perfect, but think of our Bandito body as the choppers that O.C.C. put out before they were rich and famous.  Their bikes were cool before they were sanitized and every part was cnc'd, and when you put some paint on 'em they looked  pretty darn cool.  Well, if you don't want to look like you're from the same cookie cutter as the Traxxas Slash body, we offer a couple different options our Bandito and now our Rhythm body.

Being that this whole experiment started out because of our the need for stronger, longer lasting Traxxas Slash bodies for our 4x4s. After we moved on to the Tower Hobbies Cutback 4x4s we found out that it's bodies were even weaker than the stock Traxxas Slash body.  We than stepped up to the Tekno SCT410.3s for our 4x4s and Team Associated SC5M for 2wd.  It should come as no surprise that we've put them through their paces.  Each of our 4x4 SCT's have gotten faster and heavier which really puts a whoopin' on the bodies when we make a mistake or a little too aggressive move on the other racers. 

Manufacturing in our country has taken a hit over the last couple decades and it's good to see "Made in the U.S.A." starting to show up again.  Although most of the manufacturing in the country is being done by machine, we are still doing things the old fashioned way where machines and tools are to help the person do the job, not to do it for them.  We've had a great response to our Bandito XD body which people are saying is the best body for bashing.  It can definitely take a beating. It sure is the strongest short course body that we've ever used.  The Bandito XD may be the most durable short course body made in the U.S.

Polycarbonate is expensive and hard to work with, but there isn't anything else on the market that can withstand the kind of abuse that it does, so even though we could probably make a few more bucks by changing it up, you can count on getting a durable product from us. One thing that is a bit different with the polycarbonate that we use and what you might find from the big guys is, well,  the protective film that comes on it.  The material that we use may come with a translucent white protective coating on the outside to protect in shipping and to mask from overspray.  The bodies and wings are clear when the protective coating is removed.

Working out of our barn and keeping our overhead low means that you won't feel the sting when it's time to purchase another 1:10 SCT shell.  We've designed and manufactured the Bandito and now our Rhythm body to hold up as good as anybody's body and look good doing it.  Then we offer them in "XD" which makes them the strongest short course body that we've found.  With material that is literally twice as thick as what our competitors use for their buggy bodies, the Bandito XD or Rhythm XD set a new standard for durability!  If you're here because you're looking for the strongest body for Traxxas Slash 4x4, you don't have to look any farther.  These bodies are hold up to extra abuse.
