Our Bandito clear short course truck shells and our Down Low wings fit many different models.  In order to optimize the variety of fitments there are no drill marks provided.  We recommend using a body reamer to create the mounting holes where you need them, but remember to mark the locations where you need them accurately first.   

We do not put any body post location points into our short course bodies so that they are able to fit multiple different models of vehicles.  Accurately locating where to put the holes is critical to getting it right!  Please watch the video below for instructions.  If in question about where to put the hole put a second layer of tape on and do the process again.

Being a small company, we don't get a great deal on shipping and as such, we aren't able to offer free freight on our orders, but we also don't inflate the price of our parts to cover the freight either. We offer a $9 flat shipping charge for each order, which may or may not cover the actual costs, but it's close enough.  

We do our best to make sure that the product that the $9 you may spend on freight brings you will bring a smile to your face. 

We really can't offer any warranty beyond what truck or buggy our products fit. Obviously we can't guarantee how long each item will last, because even the toughest short course truck bodies and the longest lasting rc wings are temporary. The environment and abuse that these items are guaranteed to see will eventually break them.   What we promise is that we do our best to ensure that each product is up to our standards before they are shipped, so that they meet your standards when they arrive.  

We will accept a return of a restockable body that is in "as shipped" condition and it must include all paint masks in "as shipped" condition.  Returns eligible for refund will be assessed a 25% restock fee.

Freight charges are not refundable. 

Please be aware that we will not accept any returns for any items that have had any custom paint masks, body trimming, or other custom things done. 

To request a return, please send an email to info@rccomet.com with the details prior to shipping an item back.   Instead of returning items, we'd rather make sure that you're happy with the products that you get prior to ordering.  If you have any questions please ask them prior to ordering.

We manufacture our bodies and wings right here in the U.S.A.  In West Michigan to be more precise... voted one of the best places to live and work in the country,  (maybe not so much in the winter though) which would make it one of the best places in the world.  We like it that way.

They're in the box!!!   :)   Those of you that purchased your rc car shells from us in the past, know that we didn't include paint masks, but that is not the case any longer.  We are now providing window masks with all of our bodies!
